Delivery & Shipping

 

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

① Processing time:

The product processing time varies based on quality inspection, packaging, and the store's stock of each item. Typically, processing takes 6-9 business days. For select new ring styles, however, production may take approximately 15 days. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

② Shipping time:

Our freight (Standard & Expedited Shipping) is based on the different destination and package weight. The exact shipping time depends on the standard of the chosen shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.) and the shipping method you have selected. If you need an accurate amount, please visit checkout page and then choose your destination to get a shipping estimate. Now we are pleased to offer FREE Shipping for orders over £47 to United KingdomUnited States, Canada and Australia. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Standard or Expedited Shipping options.

Standard Shipping: 6-8 working days (£9.9)

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 working days (£15.9)

Free Shipping: 9-12 working days (Free On Orders Over £47)

 

*Please note:

1. The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

2. Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.

3. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.

After we ship out your products, you will receive an email with tracking number to track. You can also check your order information at Track My Order.

About Taxes & Duties

 

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Karatlove Jewelry cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
