Returns & Refund

Here at Karatlove providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 60 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. 

Please note, once personalised items have been personalised, they are non returnable.

Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. 

However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within 5 days of receiving the order.

How To Return An Item

1. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. 

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition with the jewelry tag attached.

4. Specific refund amounts depend on the circumstances, with partial or full refunds considered. (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Eg: if the shipping fee is £10, the customer needs to pay it.)

5. When you ship your return to us, please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not liable for returned goods that are wrongfully shipped, damaged, or lost during shipping.

Please Note: Returns and refunds require prior approval from our customer service representative to obtain a new return address. Please do not return the item without informing us. If you return the item without our knowledge or use a different address without our confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will not assume any responsibility.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Once a piece of jewellery has been personalised it is no longer in its original saleable condition and so cannot be resold. Unless there is fault with the personalisation or jewellery we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Any spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by you will not deemed an error by Karatlove.

1. Final Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. (Including 'Weekly Deals', 'Daily Deals' and other super deals promotion items.)

2. The replacement will not be accepted for a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.

2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.

3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.

4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
